I'm Victoria Dosen, a prenatal/postnatal fitness professional with 15 years of experience working with moms just like you! I am also a wife and mother of three young children (9 and 6 year old boys, and a 2 year old girl). I started my business, VixieFit, to help empower women by teaching you (my fellow mom) how to strengthen your body, mind, and spirit.
